Hi there! I am Murphy the poodle. Thank u for reading mah blog. :)

My hoomin friend D.R. had a big Sad when a lot of hoomins got hurt and died in Orlando, Flory-dah. Rest in peace. {{{hugs}}}

I am living in Port Richey with my hoomins. We go out and take walkies, play with toys and watch teevee. Sometimes I go outside and watch my hoomins swim in the pool.

I has a birfdee! :)

Hi, my name is Murphy. I am a poodle. Thank u for reading my blog. :)

Guess what happened yesterday? It was my birfdee! I am four. :) I am happy to live with my hoomin friends. They gave me lots of hugs and tummy rubs yesterday. D.R. said she is going to get me some good snacks.

D.R. works at night. She comes home and I am asleep by then. I make sure to let her pet my tummy when I get up the next day. :)

The weather is getting warm. We live in Flory-dah, and it is sunny most of the year. I like to go outside and walk with my Dad. :) Tomorrow, D.R. and her Mom are going to a charity walk to help raise money for the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. Hoorah! :)

D.R.'s Auntie flew off to Heaven

O hai, my name is Murphy the Poodle. I am a dog. Thank u for reading this blog.

I has a Sad to tell u: D.R.'s Aunt Mary flew away to Heaven. She was 73. There was a memorial service in New York. D.R. and her family were very sad. :(

I have good memories of Aunt Mary. She used to visit us a lot. She would pet me and hug me a lot. :)

We had a fun New Year's Day. We tried to remember good things too.

Hi, Dad fixed my eyes with eye stuff

Hello, this is Murphy the Poodle. Thank u for reading this blog! :)

My hoomin friend D.R. is still working at her job. She gets green papers. She says it is a hard job sometimes, but she will keep trying. Every day when she gets up, before she goes to work, she pets me a lot. That is good. :)

D.R.'s work building is close to a place where cruise ships set sail! She gets to see them sometimes. They blow their horns, and they are really loud. :)

Last week, some bad people did a Bad Thing in Paris, and killed a lot of people. Also in Lebanon, too. I has a Sad. :( I send love to all the people in France and Lebanon, and everywhere else people got hurt. {{{Love}}}

Dad fixed some yucky stuff that had come from my eye. He used some cream from the pet store. It makes me feel better. Yay. :) Thank u, Dad.

Every day, I get to sit on the couch while Dad watches tee vee. I like that! :)

My friend D.R. is going to work the evening shift at her job. She will come home at night. That's okay, because then she can watch some tee vee and go to sleep. :)

I had a b-a-f-f today. Oh, boy! I did not like it. Mom and Dad put me in the tub, and put water and soap all over me. When it was done, I felt better. :)

O hai, it is Toes Day :)

Hi, my name is Murphy. I am a poodle. I live with my hoomins. :) Thank u for reading this blog!

Today, I took a lot of naps. My Dad went to sleep, so I went to sit next to him. It is a very comfy bed.

The other day, I had an upset tummy. Mom said I can't have a lot of people food now. I don't get much people food anyway, but Mom is scared I might get a rumbly tummy again. So I just watch my friends eat. I like food.

I was playing with my Dad today too. He threw the squeaky pig, and I caught it. Squeak, squeak! :) Mr. Pig doesn't win at wrestling very much. I usually win.

Halloween is coming up soon. I can't eat chocolate, because it is bad for dogs, but maybe I will get a piece of cupcake or cookie. Yay! :)

My Dad went to wash his hands. He closed the door to the bathroom. I was confused. Why couldn't I go in there? I was happy when he came back, a couple minutes later. :)

O hai, it is Fries Day :) I am Murphy

Here I am! My name is Murphy. Thank u for reading my blog. :) I am a poodle. I am three.

My hoomin friend D.R. is looking for a j-o-b with green papers. She may get one soon. She applied, and they said next week they will tell her if she can start. D.R. will have a big smile if she gets the job. It is close to her home, too. :)

A couple days ago, I saw two pieces of plastic that fell out of the garbage pail. I thought they were snacks, so I eated them. Uh-oh. :( I had a sick tummy after that. But I felt better, later on. I'm okay now. I am Not Allowed to touch the garbage pail anymore! My hoomins told me plastic is Not Food. I will eat only regular food from now on. :)

There was a hoomin who came to fix the air cool box today. Mom and Dad let him in, and he worked on the air thing. I barked a little. Then, he left, and everything was okay. Thank u, air guy. :)

Okay, now I am going to sit with Dad and watch tee bee. I like to sit next to my hoomins. I got a tummy rub from Mom this morning! That was good. :) I hope u have a good weekend too. {{{Luv}}}

Hi, it is Monday, I am Murphy :)

Hi! My name is Murphy the Poodle. :) I live in Flory-dah with my three hoomins. Thank u for reading my blog. :)

We are going to have a hurry cane here on Monday or Tuesday. That is a big storm with lots of wind. Don't worry, I will stay inside the house. Mom and Dad said they will stay with me. :) We will be okay.

On Sunday, I watched movies with my Dad. We watched a movie with policemen in it. There was a lot of noise. Then Dad watched something else, and I went to sleep. :)

U know what my friend D.R. did? She made chicken! D.R. made chicken for dinner. She had a box of boneless wings and cooked them right in the toaster oven. She also heated up the packet of barbecue sauce that came with it. D.R. made enough chicken for her and her Dad. Also, I got to eat a little bit of crunchy stuff! Mmm, I liked that. It was delicious.  :)

D.R. saw a tiny lizard in the house. She said it ran from the front room into the hallway. I wasn't there to catch it at the time. I will look for it today. :)

Hi! My name is Murphy. I am a poodle. I live with my hoomins. I like them a lot. :)

Today, it rained a little. I had to go out for walkies. I got a little rain on me, but then Dad brought me back.

I have a squeaky toy named Mr. Pig. I kept leaving him in the other room. I did find him, though, so when it was time to sit with Dad and watch tee vee, everything was okay.

My friend D.R. is helping her friend edit a book project. D.R. is very happy to help. :)

Dad is watching the movie "Star Trek IV" tonight. I like it. It has spaceships. I wish it had a dog in it.

D.R. is going to watch a soccer game on the tee vee. I think I am going to take a nap when I'm done watching the movie with Dad.

Today is very hot! I went outside for walkies. My friend D.R. was with me. I sniffed a lot of lawns. I was glad to come home.

My Mom and Dad went to drive their friends to the airport. I want Mom and Dad to come back right now. I know they will be home in a few hours, but it is really hard to wait. I like to sit with Dad and watch tee bee. It is going to be fun when he is back. :)

U know what I did? I did a Oops. Yesterday, D.R. wanted to take me for a walk, and I jumped up and scratched the back of her legs. Uh-oh. She was okay, though.

We had lots of rain last week! Oh, boy. Big thunderstorms four days in a row. Today it stopped, though.

Hello on Fries Day :)

Hi, I am Murphy! I am a poodle. Thank u for reading this blog.

My hoomin friend D.R. went to the leg doctor to see if she needed surgery for a boo-boo on her leg. The doctor said no, all D.R. needs to do is put special ointment and big bandages on it. Whee! :)

I woke up last night and barked. Mom said she didn't know why. I guess I got scared. Oops.

We had a power outage at the house the other day. It lasted almost an hour. Then everything was fixed. D.R. and her Mom and Dad were very happy. Yay! :)

I got a haircut! U can see in this picture up there, I am sitting next to my Dad. I have short furs because I got a haircut at the groomer place. I didn't like the cutter, but when they were finished, I was happy. :)

It has rained a lot the past few days! I don't like thunder noises.

U know what? D.R.'s Mom has a birfdee tomorrow. Happy birthday, Mom! {{{Hugs}}}

Hello, it is Sundae :)

Hi there! My name is Murphy. I am a poodle dog. I am three years old. Thank u for reading my blog! :)

In the picture, you can see my Dad on the left. Next to him is my pink squeaky toy pig. Sometimes I like to sit next to Dad and relax. :)

Yesterday was the Fourth of July! Hoomins in the U-S-A had a good time, celebrating with food, fireworks and lots of other fun things. :)

My hoomin person D.R. has to go to the doctor later this week. I bet she will be okay. She also had boo-boos on her legs, but they are starting to heal. She is glad, and said to tell you thanks, to everyone who had purrs and prayers for her. :) {{{hugs}}}

D.R. is going back to her new job tomorrow. She is a little nervous, but she will try very hard. D.R. will read the papers they gave her that explain what the company does. Then, when work is done, she will come home and pet me. That is the best part! :)

The picture up there is from when my hoomin friend D.R. and her Mom went to bingo the other day. It was fun! They didn't win any green papers, but they still had a good time. :)

D.R. went to a surgeon and he said she has to have one more scan before they can decide if she needs to go see Sir Jerry. D.R. is a little bit nervous, but she will be okay. :)

I woke up the other night and barked a little. Maybe it was just a bad dream. Oops. :)

Hello, it's Toesday

Hi there, it's me! I'm Murphy the Poodle. Welcome to my blog. :)

I am having a good week. I got to watch tee vee with my Dad. He likes to watch movies and the news. I get to snuggle with him on his chair. Whee! :)

My friend D.R. went to play a game called bingo. She put marks on a page with numbers. When this guy called the numbers, you put a mark. If you get a bunch of numbers in a row, you can win green papers. D.R. and her Mom didn't win this time, but it is a fun game to play. :)


D.R. has to go to the x-ray place today and get an MRI of her neck. She is a little bit skeered, but I bet she will be okay. :) Next week, she has to go see a vascular surgeon and find out if she needs surgery on the thing that is stuck in her carrot-head artery. Carotid, I mean. Anyway, she will be fine, I will snuggle with her and make her feel better. :)

There was rain today, so I went to bed early. It is fun to snuggle up to my Mom and Dad. That makes me feel better. :)

Today I barked a lot. I thought somebody was coming up to the house. It was just next door. Whew. :)

My Dad and I watched tee vee a lot. We do that every day. I like to sit next to him. He pets me and gives me hugs. :)

I chewed my dental stick a lot today. Mmm, it was good. It makes my teeth smell better. :)

D.R. ate dinner and I sat next to her. She was having fish. I didn't get to have any, because Mom said it would make my tummy bad. Maybe someday I will get an extra treat. People food smells very good! :)

The other day, I got sick to my tummy. Mom and Dad don't know why it happened. I feel better now.

I barked when I saw people go past my house. Got to protect my fambly! :)

I love to play with my squeaky toy, a pink pig. I grab Mr. Pig and run all over the house. I like the squeaky noise. Eek eek!  :)

My hoomin friends are doing okay. I take them for walkies a lot. It is good to get sunshine!

O hai, Caturday is good

U can see me in the picture. I am asking Mom for treats. I like treats. :)

I had to go to the v-e-t today. They gave me a shot. I didn't like it. Yipes! But then I felt much better.

I like to sit next to my Dad to watch tee vee. I snuggle in between Dad and the arm of the chair. He pets me a lot. I like that. :) Dad watches a lot of movies. I hope I will see a dog in one of them.

U know what I got? A tennis ball! I like to tap it with my nose and paws. Sometimes it rolls under a table, and my hoomin friends have to go get it. Hee hee. :)

My friend D.R. saw a movie yesterday. It was a science fiction movie called "Chappie." D.R. said it was scary and had a sad ending, but the story was good. Maybe I will see it when it comes out on DVD. :)
